Curriculum Vitae

Emre Kilic holds a Bachelor‘s and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Applied Sciences Wedel. The subject of his Bachelor thesis was a feasibility analysis of a sensor-based localization of objects in cooperation with a hospital. As part of the Master’s thesis, a selected clinical process in the same hospital was examined with advanced analytics, and data-driven optimizations have been implemented. With the subsequent professional career within the in-house consulting at a transport and forwarding company, Mr. Kilic gained extensive experience in the field of automated and data-driven process control and optimization, advanced analytics and strategy development. By switching to an external management consultancy, Mr. Kilic has deepened his knowledge in these areas across all industries. Since 2021, Mr. Kilic has been researching as an external doctoral student at the TU Dortmund in the ITPL department at the interface between business processes, advanced analytics, and operational excellence.
